Why indoor matters
In a San Antonio summer, outdoor courts sit empty.
From June through September, surface temperatures on local outdoor courts routinely climb past comfortable play. Morning slots vanish, evening sessions turn brutal, and leagues stall for a third of the year. Summit is built the other way around: fully enclosed, fully conditioned, and open on the same schedule in August as in February.

Built by players, for players.
Summit is led by Prashant Rao, a 4.5 pickleball player and 15-year San Antonio operator who has spent two decades building and running hospitality venues across South Texas. After watching three straight summers of cancelled leagues, he assembled a team of local club operators, a racquet-sports architect and a construction partner with four indoor facilities already delivered.
